Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following situations:

  1. Damaged items getting delivered
  2. Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order

We don’t accept returns under the following situation: -

  1. Returning of the product will not be accepted when the customer has no valid reason for returning the product. And still if the customer wishes to return under no given valid reason, the customer must bear the shipping charges.

Procedure

In case you want to refund the item for the above-mentioned cases, please notify us within 9 working days of the delivery. Your amount will be refunded once we verify your request.

Timeline

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 working days from the date on which Konstkrafts receives returned goods.

Refund Mode

If the payment is done Prepaid through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card then the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid. If payment is done through cash, then please email us the banking details from the registered email id and we will do IMPS/ NEFT in the same account.
